Q-SEED is all about creating maintainable, sustainable and enjoyable job opportunities for young people in Townsville.

Q-SEED needs young people to share experiences, issues and hopes for job seeking and job opportunities in our region.

Connect with employers who want to hire young people, and work with Q-SEED, youth organisations and local businesses to co-create sustainable solutions together - whilst getting paid for your time! We also offer FREE transport to get you to and from any of the workshops. 

This workshop will see you design future jobs, through solutions that attract and retain young people, especially those feeling shut out of existing roles. These workshops will be fun, creative and your solutions will be tested by employers in their workplaces.

Grow your voice and network in your community, gain experience in co-design and wellbeing, and be an advocate for yourself and your generation in North Queensland. Plus, earn gift vouchers and giveaways for your contributions!
