QATSICPP invite you to register for our fifth (5th) Members’ Conference and Awards Night. We will gather in the lands of the Western Wakka Wakka, Giabal and Jarowair peoples at Oaks Toowoomba Hotel on Wednesday 26 and Thursday 27 March 2025.

Day 1      Wednesday 26 March 8:30am to 5:00pm &

Day 2      Thursday 27 March 9:00am to 4:30pm

Awards    Thursday 27 March 7pm sharp to 11:30pm

The 2025 QATSICPP Members’ Conference will highlight the skill and expertise of Members who provide services and programs to improve the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, young people and families across Queensland.

Featuring keynote addresses, panels and QATSICPP Member presentations, the Conference will focus on this year's theme Designing the Game Changers to Build Positive Futures for Our Children. View the draft program here 2025 QATSICPP Member’s Conference: Program.

Registration inclusions

  • Conference day delegate package, inclusive of morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Please ensure that any special dietary requirements are noted on the registration form.
  • Delegate tote bag
  • Pens, note paper and mints provided daily.

Awards

Celebrate the professional achievements of the people working in our Sector at the Awards Night on Thursday 27 March 2025. The Awards ceremony commences at 7pm sharp, followed by music and dancing til 11:30pm.

QATSICPP Members : $400 (incl GST) + Humanitix booking fee

General : $800 (incl GST) + Humanitix booking fee

Who is eligible to register at QATSICPP Member rates?

Our growing membership includes 37 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community controlled organisations across Queensland. QATSICPP Member registration rates are available to the organisations listed on the Our Members page on our website.

What do I need for registration?

Day 1 registration will open at 8am. Please present your registration confirmation QR code (printed or digital) for scanning, along with work ID.

What are my parking options?

Paid parking is available opposite the venue and in surrounding streets. Please note, parking restrictions and parking meters may apply. For further information about parking in Toowoomba CBD please visit
