Queer By Nature: Seeds of Hope

Hope isn't just a feeling, it's a practice. This October, Queer By Nature explores hope as something active, playful, and embodied. Something we can literally get our hands in the dirt for.

Through a grounding practice, a slow wander through Darebin Parklands noticing quiet growth already happening around us, hands-on seed bomb making, and potting up indigenous tube stock to take home, we'll explore what it means to tend hope in ourselves, in community, and in the land beneath our feet.

This is creative, sensory, and invites in playfulness. No gardening or art experience needed - just curiosity, openness, and your brilliant queer self.

What to expect:

• A grounding meditation rooted in possibility and growth.

• Time outdoors noticing persistent, quiet life.

• Planting indigenous tube stock into your own decorated pot to take home.

• Getting your hands dirty making seed bombs.

• A gentle closing circle.

Light refreshments and all materials provided.

This is an inclusive, neuro-affirming space. Participation is always by invitation - everything is optional, and you can engage in whatever way feels right for you.
