Come together for QC Group Art Therapy workshops!

Do you want to explore your creativity and connect with our LGBTIQ+ communities? Join art therapist Mikarla Teague at the New Farm Neighbourhood Centre for beginner-friendly guided art, light conversation, and a safe group space.

These workshops are free to attend for people over 18 years who identify as part of our Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer, Sistergirl and Brotherboy (LGBTIQ+SB) communities. Bookings are essential as places are limited. New members are also required to undergo a brief intake.

PLEASE NOTE: Starting on the 22nd of January 2026, group will be moving to Thursdays and a different venue. In 2026, group will 3-5pm on Thursdays at 421 Brunswick St, Fortitude Valley in the Aunty Dawn Daylight room.

Time: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Where: 15b/421 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley
Parking: Limited parking available in clinic car park. Paid parking in lower level off Martin St. 199/196 Bus stop outside venue and within walking distance of Fortitude Valley train station.
