QDN AGM - Vero Voting process - 13 October

Information sessions for QDN members about the new voting process

The QDN Board has engaged Vero Voting to conduct the 2026 ballot for the election of directors.

There are three ways you can vote – online, by phone or, if we do not have an email address for you, by post.

Voting online is a new option and replaces the previous email option (where you printed off a ballot form, filled it in, and then emailed a scan or photo of the ballot form back to us).

To assist with information about this new process, the Company Secretary and I will hold two online sessions via Zoom to answer your questions about the Vero Voting process.
