FAQs

• What do i bring?

  Bring a water bottle, gym towel, comfortable workout clothes and closed-in shoes. You’re also welcome to bring anything else you may need to feel comfortable during the workout!

• Where is QFIT?

  QFIT is running and hosting the event, and we’re very excited to be holding this upcoming event at TTB Fitness in Seven Hills!

  QFIT doesn’t have one permanent location. We operate across various gyms and training facilities throughout Brisbane, and we’re very grateful to TTB Fitness for welcoming us into their space and helping us bring this event to life.💘

• Is there parking?

  Yes there is ample free street and onsite parking.

• What time should i get there?

  We recommend coming 10 mins prior to the 9am start so you can get parked, head into the gym, pop your stuff away, say hi and be ready to go!

• What Cafe are we going to after?

  The Rabbit Hole cafe which is approximately a relaxing 4 minute walk from TTB fitness!

• Do I have to go to the Cafe after?

  NOPE! This is totally optional and you're welcome to leave after the workout or at any point during.

• Do I have to sign anything?

  Yep! When you reserve your ticket, there’s a box you’ll need to tick before completing your booking. This includes links to our waivers and relevant documents.

  By ticking the box and securing your ticket, you’re confirming that you agree to the Terms & Conditions and that you’ve read and understood the documents provided at checkout.
