QHub Qamp

Welcome to the first QHub Qamp! The day includes workshops on bracelet making, mindfulness, and consent and boundaries. You will also have the opportunity to experience some traditional camp activities in an environment that is queer-affirming. You'll meet new people from other regional areas and have a whole day to be yourself and have fun. There will be 40 participants and QHub staff attending as well.

QHub Qamp is open to LGBTIQA+ young people who are in high school and who live in Geelong, Surf Coast, Ballarat, Bannockburn, Colac, and Bacchus Marsh.

There will be transport provided. More info to follow once you have booked. Please bring your own morning tea and lunch. Afternoon tea and dinner will be provided.

If under age 18, parent consent is required. There will be a separate consent form for your parent to complete. We will contact your parent directly to organise this. Please make sure you have parent permission to attend before booking your spot. 

After booking your spot, we will be in touch to chat with you and your parent about QHub Qamp. We will discuss transport, parental consent, dietary requirements, accessibility needs, and any other questions you may have.

There is no cost to attend, but spaces are very limited. By reserving a space, you are committing to attend (unless you are unwell on the day). Please book a ticket that reflects the location where you live (Geelong/Surf Coast, Ballarat, Bannockburn, Colac, Bacchus Marsh).
