Qi Dance is a soulful fusion of Qigong and intuitive dance and the wisdom of the Five Elements, inviting you to awaken vitality, move energy, express freely and reconnect with your natural rhythm through an embodied journey of movement, flow, freedom and joy.

Guided by the energies of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water, we explore movement as medicine— cultivating vitality, restoring balance and creating space for greater ease, presence and self-expression.

We then flow from movement into deep rest, softening, releasing and reconnecting with your inner rhythm as you lie down, relax and immerse yourself in a deeply nourishing sound journey led by Nicole, infused with Lu’s intuitive energy healing. Surrender to the soothing resonance of sound and healing energy as you restore balance, nurture your body, mind and spirit, and drift into a state of deep relaxation and inner harmony.

A beautiful fusion of movement, sound and journey — creating space for greater ease, presence, balance and inner harmony.

✨No experience necessary.

✨All are welcome.

✨Practice seated, standing or lying down.

JOURNEY WITH NICOLE

Nicole’s journey with yoga began as a child and has grown into a lifelong passion for wellbeing, healing and connection. Following her own experience with breast cancer, Nicole deepened her exploration of Reiki and yoga, eventually completing her Kundalini Yoga teacher training and becoming a Reiki Practitioner and fully qualified Peter Hess® Sound Massage Practitioner.

Along the way, Nicole discovered a powerful connection with sound and vibration. Today, sound is at the heart of her work. Her sound bath experiences bring together the beautiful tones and vibrations of singing bowls, gong and harp, creating a rich and immersive soundscape designed to invite deep relaxation, stillness and reconnection.

Drawing on her experience in sound, Kundalini Yoga and Reiki, Nicole creates a warm and nurturing space where you are invited to slow down, pause, breathe and simply be.
