You know the drill by now! Let's dance, move, and connect as a community. Looking forward to seeing you all, It's been to long.This week's dance is called DOR - Depth of Rebirth. Expect an insightful, spacious, eclectic, and fiery soundscape with guidance designed to deepen your connection to inner wisdom.
There will be room to have fun, let loose, and explore your inner landscape. We'll start with a movement practice to open up the body and expand breath capacity, then naturally flow into the main journey.Please arrive on time so we can begin promptly and honor everyone’s time and energy.
