Enjoy a 1 hour journey through gentle movement, breathwork and meditation at the Occasional, in Kyogle.

Reconnect to yourself, set an intention and get ready for the weekend ahead.

Monthly sessions 2025:

  • Friday 21st of March: 2-3pm
  • Friday 25th of April: 2-3pm
  • Friday 23rd of May: 2-3pm
  • Friday 27th of June: 2-3pm

Everybody is welcome, beginners are encouraged.
