Qigong is an ancient Chinese wholistic approach to self-healing which involves various, gentle flowing movements, mediation, and breath work.
It allows one to experience their innate presence of “qi” or life force and learn to cultivate it to improve health and vitality.
There are traditional and medical forms which take time to master as they have more points of distinction and there is modern qigong which is more freely expressed.
Qigong can be practiced standing or sitting, therefore it is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
No equipment required so great to try at home.
