This Qigong program flows with the seasons, guiding you from the fresh energy of spring into the warmth of early summer.
Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is a traditional Chinese wellbeing practice combining gentle, flowing movements, breathwork, and meditation. In this series, we’ll focus on:
Spring energy – stretching, releasing tension, and supporting the liver to cleanse and refresh.
Summer energy – opening the heart, boosting circulation, and cultivating joy and lightness.
Suitable for all ages and abilities, these sessions are a wonderful way to restore balance, increase energy, and feel more grounded as the seasons shift.
