Thu, 12 Jun, 5:30pm - 8pm AEST

Event description

While it’s early days for AI in Procurement, there are practical AI applications available now. Along with Procurement digitisation, can help to address the growing workload gap for Procurement teams. Join the QLD Committee as they explore some of these AI applications in this interactive session.

Global research suggests that workload on Procurement teams is increasing but growth in staff to match the workload is not keeping up, creating a workload gap. According to the Hackett Group’s latest survey results from North America and Europe, CPOs’ top two investment priorities are 1) Digital Procurement & Automation, and 2) AI in Procurement. Hence, CPOs recognise the need to implement S2C and P2P systems but also want to leverage AI where practical and safe.
