Computer or device with reliable internet connection
Microsoft Teams access (for weekly live sessions)
We will enrol you on our Canvas LMS to access our coaching program

Time Commitment:

1 hour weekly live session on Wednesdays 3:15pm-4:15pm (recordings will be made available)
