QSA x Melbourne Victory Friday night Futsal Feature

Join coach Jo on the court to learn some skills and drills. Jo is the Community Inclusion Coordinator at Melbourne Victory.

“For over 10 years I have been working in football and sports development. My main aim is to create safe, fun and accessible opportunities for all to participate in sport.”

The session will involve some fun mini futsal games and an introduction to the rules followed by scratch matches to put what you have learnt into play.

Where: Narrandjeri Stadium, 281 Darebin Rd, Thornbury
(the courts are located outside behind the main stadium).
When: Friday 16th January, 2026
Time: Come along from 6:30pm for a 7:00pm start, finishing around 9pm.
Parking: Free parking is available near the courts

Our sessions are designed with beginners in mind, so don’t worry if you have not played before; drills will also be tailored for you.

Take breaks whenever needed. The session will involve a moderate amount of physical activity but we encourage folk to go at their own pace...want to walk and ditch the running? No problem!
