Calling all Dairy and Food and Beverage Industries...

These short, interactive, online sessions are run every Friday lunchtime in a block series of 6 calls. In this series, we will cover the following:
  1. Allergen Control in the Plant
  2. Alternative Proteins (with guest speaker)
  3. Labelling
  4. Audit Preparation
  5. Quality Culture - an Operators Perspective
  6. New Product Development

A broad and relevant subject matter will be covered in the 1-hour sessions that will run every Friday for 6 weeks. The first session starts Friday 4th March 2022

Course Dates:

  • Friday 4th March (12-1pm)
  • Friday 11th March (12-1pm)
  • Friday 18th March (12-1pm)
  • Friday 25th March (12-1pm)
  • Friday 1st April (12-1pm)
  • Friday 8th April (12-1pm)

The event is run as a series. You need to sign-up for all 6 sessions. We are unable to offer individual sessions, as tickets are sold as a package for all 6 sessions.
