Candidates who wish to apply for a Quarry Manager for all tier 2 quarries Practising Certificate, renew or vary/revoke a condition.

Make sure you go back to the Mining Workers Portal and submit the application form after making this payment.

Note: application for specific nominated quarry sites only is no longer available
