Kathy founded Yin Yang Consultancy in 2013 after working 20+ years in corporate finance and dedicating over 35 years to community service. She has the skillset and experience to identify underlying issues at your business that limit success time and time again. With 19 years as a training facilitator, Kathy has taught Diploma level Business, Leadership and Management, and has managed compliance training for a team of 450 people, including heading up the development of a custom eLearning program. Using personality profile tools such as Myers Briggs® (Bronze Level practitioner) and DISC ADVANCED®, Kathy and Yin Yang help clients and their teams to set up and use functional systems, processes, and mindsets for long-term value and change.

A successful leader in the corporate arena, it is the experience of confronting a major life-changing event and then facing her own challenges, this has given Kathy an extraordinarily intuitive talent to assist others.

Having come to believe excessive stress levels were a natural output when attempting to balance corporate life with the roles of family life the issue was forced into the forefront.
