What is Halloween? 
Halloween, celebrated on October 31st, has its roots in the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain. This festival marked the end of the harvest season and the beginning of winter, a time when the Celts believed the boundary between the living and the dead was at its thinnest. People would light bonfires and wear costumes to ward off roaming spirits. It is a time when the boundary between the living & the spirit world becomes thin, allowing for easier communication with the other side. It’s a day filled with ancient traditions, spooky tales, & a chance to connect with the unknown.
