THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Queen’s Graduates’ Association

Tuesday 22 October 2024 at 6.30pm in The Auditorium at the McClay Library

This event is free to attend but open only to members of the Queen’s Graduates’ Association. Doors open at 6.00pm and the meeting will begin promptly at 6.30pm.
Members are asked to RSVP by 5.00pm on Friday 18 October 2024 to ensure appropriate arrangements are made.

If you are interested in standing for election to the QGA committee, please complete a Nomination form.  If you wish to submit a motion for the AGM, please submit a Motion form. Forms are available here. Completed nomination and motion forms must be returned by email to qga@qub.ac.uk by 5pm on Monday 14 October 2024.
