    Renowned cabaret chanteuse Queenie van de Zandt brings her Helpmann Award nominated show to Bondi for a beguiling night of song 
    and story-telling. 

     
    Settle in for a treat and be transported to Woodstock as Queenie van de Zandt, with a live band, performs BLUE: The Songs of Joni Mitchell – one of Rolling Stone’s Greatest Albums of All Time. 
     

    Australian cabaret chanteuse and musical theatre star, Queenie van de Zandt, is renowned for her artful storytelling and raw, emotive vocals. She takes us on a sonic journey through her life, loses and loves, affectionately reinterpreting Joni Mitchell’s music, giving it a new layer of intimacy and meaning. 
     

    Following rave reviews, and sell-out performances at the Queensland and Melbourne Cabaret Festivals and at Sydney’s Hayes Theatre, BLUE: The Songs of Joni Mitchell, has successfully toured across Australia and the USA. Along the way, it has won three prestigious theatre awards, as well as being nominated for a Helpmann Award (Best Cabaret Performer) and a Sydney Theatre Award (Best Cabaret Production).

    Queenie van de Zandt has the unique ability in to make people feel deeply, to awaken laughter, empathy and awareness in equal measure.  She has 21 theatre award nominations and 7 award wins under her belt, reflecting her ability to seamlessly transition between various genres of entertainment including musical theatre, plays, cabaret, film and television, comedy, writing and arts education, setting her apart as a truly versatile performer.
