High Performance Netball Talent Identification

The Queensland Firebirds Talent Search is designed to identify talented athletes with the potential to progress through Queensland's high-performance netball pathway. Across two days, athletes will participate in a range of testing, skill assessments, match play and education sessions, with the opportunity to be identified for future development opportunities.

Queensland Development Academy

Following the Talent Search, a Queensland Development Academy squad will be selected. Successful athletes will receive ongoing development opportunities designed to support their growth and prepare them for future high-performance pathways.
