With 14 years at LinkedIn and Europe’s top VC-backed scale-ups, Sara has built new markets and high-retention sales strategies. In our panel, Sara will share her strategies on building influence before you have authority, breaking into new industries, creating and leading change from any role, and knowing when to take a risk or walk away. Sara's framework of aligning career decisions with values and moving with intention has led her to launch a business helping companies scale smarter and nail customer retention.
Jane Guy has worked in young people’s sexual health and adult crisis intervention in the family and sexual violence sector for 22 years. She now offers women 1:1 coaching at Jane Guy Coaching, supporting them to lead boldly as CEOs of their businesses. In her talk, Jane will cover topics such as breaking free of imposter syndrome, making decisions that work for you, ending comparison, taking charge of time, and pricing yourself accordingly.
Lauren Hope moved to Queenstown six years ago from the UK, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. Passionate about financial wellbeing, Lauren loves chatting about all things financial advice, including budgeting, KiwiSaver, and personal risk insurances. She will cover essential topics such as why budgeting is crucial, how to secure your financial future, and ways to maximise your KiwiSaver potential.
