The Hospo Stress Reset: Queenstown Edition

November is one of the busiest times of year in hospitality.

And while you’re looking after everyone else, we want to make sure someone is looking after you!

Join Healthy Hospo and Hospitality New Zealand for a unique stress releasing experience, designed just for hospo. Across this 2-hour session, you’ll experience:

· Interactive Breathwork, led by our resident Breathwork & Physiology expert, Josh Fankhauser, to help you manage stress and shift your state on demand.

· Hot/Cold Contrast Therapy, a guided community sauna and ice bath experience with Sauna Collective, to boost recovery, and leave you feeling relaxed.

· Practical Tools for Everyday Life. Strategies you can take back to your workplace (and your own wellbeing) to help you thrive through peak season.

What to Bring

· Swim suit

· 2 x Towels (one for sauna, one for shower)

· Change of clothes

· Notebook & pen

· Reuseable Water Bottle

Each spot at this event is valued at $150, but thanks to funding from Healthy Hospo NZ and Hospitality NZ, we are fully sponsoring every hospo ticket. (In other words, we've got your back and are shouting you this experience to help you get through the busy season!)
