Queer Courts Winter Classic

Join us for the Queer Courts Winter Classic Pickleball Tournament!

On Sunday, December 6 from 10 AM to 5 PM, we're hosting a festive + friendly indoor tournament at Now Serving. This event is organized by and for the queer community.

We encourage teams to have a mix of players across the 3.0-4.0 range (learn more about ratings) to encourage a fun and inclusive experience for all.

The tournament is all-gender doubles (2 on 2), with teams consisting of 2-6 total players to allow for substitutions. Players will compete in a round robin in two pools with approximately 4 matches, followed by a single-elimination playoff.

There will be water breaks between games and an hour break for lunch at 1:00pm.

How to sign up:

Option A) Form your own team! Please indicate your team name/teammates names in the form at checkout.

For this option, you can pay $150 to sign up your whole team (up to 6 players) - have a team captain do this.

Option B) Sign up as an individual and be placed on a team, and pay $50

The winning team will walk away with a Queer Courts medal and limited-edition merch.

Players should bring:

• Sweatshirt or jacket for when not playing (we'll be inside, but it can get chilly)

• Water bottle

• Lunch (many restaurants are within a 5 minute walk)

• Paddles if you have them (we have extra in case you don’t)
