Queer Life Drawing - Season Finale
Event description
Hosted and Guided by Drag Queen, Enya Arsenal, this alcohol-free event is 18+ and a perfect opportunity to work with queer bodies in a safe and respectful environment.
Enya Arsenal provides the 'Play' - amongst the ever-changing environment of curated works at Sawtooth ARI - as artists and art enthusiasts embrace this unique opportunity. An opportunity to network with your local community, conceptualise works of art, approach sketching with new eyes, and give way to our yearning for PLAY.
Our queer life-model Leelyn Double-Chin, will be present for 3-hours with multiple poses…She is known for what she can do with her mouth and her stacked rack. She has been described as "looking for an excuse to take her clothes off." This time she is going to put aside her producer hat, take off her stand-up comic accoutrements, place The event organiser gloves down, the burlesque theatrics in the box, radio shock jock microphone turned off… just to give you form. Form for you to explore in light, shadow, line and perspective.
There is no experience necessary and basic art supplies will be provided, however it is encouraged for avid artists to BYO their own materials that they prefer. Snacks, coffee and tea will be provided and plenty of small breaks for socialising.
