Join Lanie & Belinda for an Afternoon of Rest, Relaxation, and Deep Listening
Take a moment to slow down in the midst of a busy world. We’re offering a 2-hour experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself. The afternoon will include gentle, floor-based movement that is accessible to all body types, a guided meditation and Reiki session for deep relaxation and energy healing. You’ll also have the opportunity to rest and nap while Belinda reads you a soothing story. To close the experience, enjoy chats, tea, and snacks with other Queer folks in a warm and welcoming space.
Everything is optional and offered from a trauma-informed and consent-based lens.
This is our first event in our new space in Balaclava, and we can’t wait to share it with you. Spots are limited so get in quickly! We look forward to spending this nourishing time together!
