Event description
Join Chelsi (they/she) for a morning of slow yoga followed by an all levels flow ending with an optional silent meditation. Class will be 60 minutes, or until you're done meditating.
Bring water and your mat. Some mats provided as needed. Wear comfortable clothes for light movement.
Masks are recommended but not required.
