The three sessions

1. From “No Way!” to “What If…?” | Staying Curious in Times of Change
This mindset session will leave you feeling calm and energised. We'll explore 4 common responses to change - and look at how to replace cynicism with curiosity.

2. Curious Conversations | How to Make Important Conversations Less Stressful and More Impactful
This session is a practical one, on how to have better conversations. Everything important is on the other side of an important conversation, but often we avoid them or leave them feeling frustrated.

Date: Thursday 27 November | 12-1pm NZDT | 10-11am AEDT

3. End the Year on a High Note | A Curious Reset for 2026
Have you ever sprinted through December and then collapsed in the holidays? In this session, we'll create a rock-solid plan for 2026 so you can relax and enjoy the break, knowing you're going to level up when you return to work next year.
