Preloved clothing market at Orion Springfield Central INDOORS |This will be different to every market that we have done in the past. 

Our new venue for 2025 is INDOORS at the busy Orion Springfield Central next door to the Swim factory. This venue enables us to be open every weekend, increased foot traffic, air conditioning, easy set up as there is ample parking at the front door. Simply roll on in with suitcases filled with clothes on hangers and pop them up on the racks that we have set up for you before your arrival. 

Stall Holder tickets $85 for this venue ( INCLUDES 2x Heavy Duty Rack set up before your arrival) Share a stall with 1 other friend making it ($42.50 each)

• Advertisement of the event
• Set up and pack up for the day
• Cleaning fee

STALL HOLDER INFO

• Racking: x2 large heavy duty racking (1.5m long) will be set up for you before your arrival. Rack fits 30-50 hanging clothes 
  
• NO BYO racks or tables ( because we are in a shopping centre, everything needs to be to neat & tidy)
• Sell your preloved women's, men's or children's clothing and accessories. Any size/ gender or age group.
  
• Instead of stall space, you are allocated to 2x large racks to fill up with your preloved clothing, unless you have booked a 1x rack space.
• For this venue you can bring along shoes and a small basket to dig through
• As we grow we will be upgrading our racks to have shelves, unfortunately not for the first couple of markets. 
• Share a stall with x1 friend, x2 People per stall please and If you have a single rack stall, only 1 person please.
• Under 18’s are allowed but need to be with a supervising parent or guardian. This space will not be suitable for kids to be running around as there is a busy carpark out the front and inside will be busy with customers. Happy for you to bring along your little bub that can be in a carrier during the event. 
• Signs for your stall will be available to print off and sent in an email to you
• Venue requirements, no handwritten signs, digital signs only, your bank details/ pay ID will need to be digitally typed up and printed off please.
• Stall holder guide will be emailed to you with more information
• Example of Payment from shoppers: PayID, Bank Transfer or Cash (Float of $100 for change recommended)
• Restrooms on site
• No refund

NEW TICKET: Single rack space

1x Large Rack 1.5m long fittings 30-50 items 

This ticket is perfect for a stallholder that does not have enough for x2 racks. Do not purchase this ticket if you have a lot of items to sell, you will be charged a full priced ticket on the day if you require more space. This is a trial. Peta xx

Timeline

Arrive from 12pm for set up -12:30pm latest for arrival to set up 

1pm doors open -5pm doors shut 

6pm pack up complete
