QUT Guidance Officer Day

Guidance officers and career advisers are invited to join us at QUT Guidance Officer Day on Tuesday 4 June 2024 at QUT Gardens Point campus. Arrival refreshments and networking will be available from 8.30am. The formal program will commence at 9.00am and conclude at 2.15pm, followed by an optional Q&A session.

Sessions on the day will include:

• Welcome, QUT You update and Q&A session with Professor Robina Xavier, Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President (Academic)
• What's new in 2025 for undergraduate study areas
• Updates from admissions, domestic student recruitment, QUT College and scholarships 
• Optional breakout Q&A with staff from admissions, QUT College, scholarships and QUT International from 2.15–2.45pm.

Click the REGISTER button, select 1 free registration, and select CONTINUE. Complete your details on the checkout screen. Note the details you submit will be printed on your name badge (first name, last name, job title and organisation). You will receive a registration confirmation email.

Register your place by Friday 24 May 2024. Please note registration may close early if the event reaches capacity.

For our regional colleagues who are unable to attend in person, please email us at exploreevents@qut.edu.au and we will send through a copy of the presentation slides after the event.

If you registered and are no longer able to attend, please email us at exploreevents@qut.edu.au or phone 07 3138 8567 to cancel your place. If there is a waitlist, your spot will be given to a colleague.
