QWaLC 21st Ceremony

In 2025 QWaLC celebrates 21 years supporting our member groups across Queensland.

Recognise, Celebrate, Grow.

We will be celebrating on Saturday August 30, 2025 from 10am.

We will be hosting 4 venues across Queensland: Brisbane, Cairns, Yeppoon, Toowoomba plus you can attend online. 

Thanks to 21 years of support from the Queensland Government and the strength of our member base, QWaLC has grown into the state’s representative body for community-based natural resource management and environmental volunteer groups. This milestone reflects the shared commitment of our members, past and present.

We would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the many past Chairs and Directors who have represented Queensland’s diverse regions on the QWaLC Board. This regional representation ensures that local groups have a direct connection with their Director—and with QWaLC as a whole.
