R U Legal? webinar for parents and caregivers

Based on Legal Aid WA's popular R U Legal? program, this webinar for parents and caregivers will explore some of the key legal issues that affect young people in WA today. We will explore a range of topics including the age of criminal responsibility, cyber bullying, sexting and image-based abuse, school fights, drugs and alcohol. Delivered by a criminal lawyer, the session will include information about the law in these areas, potential legal consequences of these behaviours, where to get help, and importantly, provide an introduction to discussing these issues with your children.
