R U OK? Day is all about starting meaningful conversations and checking in with the people around us. To mark the day, we’re inviting you to take part in a creative and relaxing drip painting session.

Drip painting is a fun, easy, and expressive art style where you pour, drip, and splash paint onto a canvas to create something totally unique. You don’t need any prior art experience, just pick your colours, let your creativity flow, and enjoy the process.

This session isn’t just about painting, it’s about connection. While you create, we encourage you to have a chat with someone new, share stories, or simply check in with a friend. Sometimes the most important conversations start in the most relaxed settings, and this activity gives you the chance to do just that.

All materials will be provided, just bring yourself and a willingness to get a little messy! At the end of the session, you’ll have your own colourful artwork to take home as a reminder that reaching out and asking “R U OK?” can make a real difference.
