Samantha is honoured to share a very special initiative close to my heart. In collaboration with R U OK? Day and Crows Nest Centre, we’re hosting a Reiki Healing Workshop on R U OK? Day to raise awareness of the importance of connection that supports mental wellbeing within our local community.   Reiki has long been a gentle sanctuary for those navigating stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. This event creates space for participants to reconnect with themselves and others in a supportive healing environment.   And it goes beyond the session – $25 from every enrolment will be donated to R U OK?, supporting their incredible work in suicide prevention and mental health awareness. Reiki level 1 course includes full Level 1 certification and attunement.
