Join us at our Sydney Industry lunch with Camilla Drover, Deputy Secretary, Infrastructure Projects and Engineering Division, Transport for NSW.

Camilla will update Roads Australia Members on the NSW Government's investment and reform priorities across transport, with a focus of improving sector productivity, enhancing workforce capability and supporting decarbonisation.

As Chair of RA's Reduce, Reuse, Recover Working Group, Camilla will also unveil a national policy paper on decarbonising transport, developed in partnership with government and industry.

Camilla Drover leads Infrastructure Projects and Engineering Division which delivers public transport, road, rail fleet, active transport, property development and urban development projects for NSW.


Harnessing the expertise of our people, the division drives excellence in commercial and property management while providing technical and engineering capabilities to deliver more integrated and reliable passenger journeys.

The Division works with industry partners to deliver a dynamic project pipeline while supporting the priorities of the NSW Government including housing, local manufacturing and procurement objectives.

    Dena Jacobs, Executive Director, Strategy Planning and Innovation, Infrastructure NSW 


    Dena Jacobs is an Executive Director in the Strategy Division at Infrastructure NSW, with over 15 years’ experience from across a range of infrastructure and economic policy roles. She leads Infrastructure NSW’s sustainability, resilience, and energy coordination work programs, including the Decarbonising Infrastructure Delivery policy and measurement approach that focuses on reducing embodied emissions in infrastructure delivery. Dena has a background in economics, having previously worked at Deloitte, NSW Treasury, the Bank of England, and the Reserve Bank of Australia.



    Justine Jarvinen, Sustainability, Climate Change and Risk Lead for Australia, Aurecon 


    Justine Jarvinen (“JJ”) is the Sustainability, Climate Change and Risk Lead for Australia at Aurecon, an international engineering and design company. Her team supports organisations to understand and manage climate risk and navigate the transition to a low-carbon economy.

    JJ has international experience spanning the energy and climate space over 30 years. She has worked in engineering, commercial, strategic, management and advisory roles. She has worked for national and multi-national energy companies and was CEO of the UNSW Energy Institute.

    She has been on a dozen boards, including ASX-listed and government-owned entities, charities and clean tech startups. She is currently Director of the Port Authority of NSW and Director of the UNSW Foundation.

    JJ graduated from the Australian Institute of Company Directors with an Order of Merit, holds a Bachelor of Engineering with First Class Honours, and has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.
