Safe and effective use of rabbit bait - Training Session (Lobethal)

Escalating numbers of feral rabbits pose significant threats to gardens, agriculture and the environment in the Hills and Fleurieu region.

This event is open to members of our community willing to commit to safe, responsible and effective baiting of rabbits.

To access discounted pindone carrots through our upcoming distribution days people must complete our mandatory online training.

This event provides in-person training to allow access to discounted pindone carrot baits through our upcoming distribution days and is designed for people who wish for an in-person alternative to completing the mandatory online training (insert link when available).

The following will be discussed:

• Pindone use guidelines

• Safe handling

• Best practice baiting

• Minimising off-target impacts

*Either in-person or online training on the safe and effective use of pindone is mandatory for anyone wishing to access baits from Landscapes Hills and Fleurieu's upcoming bait distribution day.
