We are pleased to invite residential aged care home (RACH) staff including Facility Managers, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals to a ‘My Health Record Networking and information Evening’ event.

Join us for dinner and learn more about My Health Record with the opportunity to connect with aged care colleagues and share experiences.

These networking events will be held across the central and eastern Sydney region so please choose and RSVP to the location closest to you.

Target audience:

Residential aged care home staff: facility/general managers, registered nurses, enrolled nurses, clinical care managers, nurse educators, head office staff

Allied health professionals: physiotherapist, dietitians, psychologists, speech pathologists, podiatrist

This event is not designed for General Practitioners.

Cost:
Free to RACH staff and Allied Health Professionals working in the Central and Eastern Sydney PHN region.

CESPHN has to right to cancel registrations not meeting the target audience. If you have previously registered or attended, please do not register for upcoming sessions.
