n this workshop, Racha from Racha’s Syrian Kitchen will show you how to make Halawet El Jeben — a delicate semolina and cheese-based dessert rolled and filled with clotted cream, then topped with orange blossom syrup and crushed pistachios. This workshop is a sweet, sensory journey into one of Syria’s most cherished treats, with a touch of storytelling along the way.
