Entrée: A tasting plate featuring Natural Oysters with Buderim pickled ginger and finger lime caviar, alongside Tuna Tartare Toastadita’s with lemon gel, capers, cucumbers, and crème fraîche.
Main Course: Ancho Chilli grilled Kilcoy Beef Tenderloin served with cauliflower puree, charred broccolini, and a black bean salad, drizzled with jus.
Dessert: A selection of local cheeses including Woombye truffle triple cream brie and aged cheddar, complemented by 4559 hinterland honeycomb, local strawberries, and lavosh.
