As the sun reaches its peak, we celebrate the energy of expansion and illumination. This sound healing session will guide you to embrace your inner radiance, set powerful intentions, and step into your fullest potential. The crystalline vibrations will uplift and energize, leaving you feeling empowered and aligned.

What to expect:

• A guided meditation to ease into the experience

• The harmonic frequencies of crystal singing bowls

• Deep relaxation and energetic alignment

• A peaceful, supportive atmosphere

• Anything for extra comfort e.g body pillow or pillow for under the knees

• A blanket for warmth and coziness

• An eye mask (optional)

• An open heart and intention for what you’d like to manifest
