Beginning with connecting deeply to the forest and a divine meditation, maybe some sound healing, we will start our day sharing from our heart a little on what we are intending for the day and how to escape the usual stresses and cares even in your own home.

From there we will focus on inner health with a core session on how we eat, gut health and the biome - our other brain, and even try some great nutritional activities to engage us and to support and energise. Learning lots.

After a light and refreshing lunch we will get creative in our feminity while exploring our emotional needs and how to manage the full gambit of highs and lows. Learn how to tool up with aromatherapy, colour and a wheel of knowledge on emotional wellbeing and how it presents in the physical when ignored.

Carolyn Wiseman - Holistic Health Coach for over 10 years will guide you beautifully for your day of immersion and self care over three sessions of education, support and immersion into your health. You will leave feeling loved and nurtured just in readiness for a cray cray month ahead.
