Join Jenna and Karla for an opportunity to delve into your inner world. Using cacao, movement, breath and art, we will tune into our heart centres; feel, express, and liberate ourselves from constraints to ignite your inner radiance.

Join us for 2.5 to drop in, tune out, and fill your cup to nourish yourself and feel what it's like to be fully expressed in a safe, nurturing space. We like to think of these events as maintenance for the body, mind & spirit.

While we will only gather for 2.5 hours, you will certainly be taken on a journey into yourself. Leave feeling nourished, grounded, connected, and clear on how to come back HOME to yourself. This will be a beautiful safe container to fully express yourself, be seen & heard, journey inward and clear out old stories and emotional imprints that are holding you back from your fullest, most authentic, you.

In between our group sessions, we have a NEW OFFERING - we have opened up 4 x 1:1 sessions for personal coaching. These are designed to be tagged on to the tail-end of whichever group session you choose to attend. If the spot you want is taken, please join the waitlist and we'll reach out to you to organise other ways to work with us. These sessions are an opportunity to ask personal questions and receive guidance for your specific circumstances. While short, these sessions will be packed with golden nuggets for you to take home and work with. Expect:

Your facilitators:

Karla is a breathwork & trauma coach, a reiki, akashic & meditation practitioner, and founder of Om Shanti Shanti (energy healing and breathwork experiences). Karla is a natural healer, certified reiki practitioner and trained breathwork, meditation & Trauma Coach (through C2BC). Karla's training and experience is science-backed and focuses on supporting your nervous system as you process and release stored trauma. Conscious, connected breathing helps to alleviate stress and anxiety, boosts immunity, and regulates our nervous system. Breathwork also activates the release of oxytocin (the LOVE chemical), elevating our consciousness and energizing the body.

Jenna is a certified yoga and meditation teacher, Cacao Alchemist (and founder of Casa Cacao), ceremony facilitator, and Heart Space coach. Jenna has a grounded approach to spirituality, fusing the medicine of cacao with the practices and philosophies of yoga, whilst accounting for the reality of our needs and experiences in the west. Jenna makes her own cacao from the bean, stone-grinding beans sourced directly from the Solomon Islands. The cacao is alchemised with subtle sweetness and spices to create a delicious and effective heart-opening elixir to help you connect to your centre. Cacao is a stimulating drink that will make you feel uplifted, yet grounded. It is high in a whole host of nutrients and also activates serotonin and dopamine release. Cacao increases blood flow through and supports us to shift energy through the body...a perfect opening to your breathwork journey.

This event is for any body - no yoga or breathwork experience is required. All you need is an open mind and an open heart!
