You may absorb other people’s emotions, stress, or physical states and struggle to separate what belongs to you from what doesn’t. This gentle yet transformative online workshop will guide you to create strong, flexible, and intelligent energetic boundaries. Through the workshop we will explore the chakras and their emanating layers within the auric field, gaining insight into how your energy system works and how to bring it back into balance and radiance.
