Event description

Our Radiant G Conferences are statewide, multi-city events designed especially for thousands of youth in grades 3-8 and the people who care about them. With a community building opening rally, an empowering dance party, and dynamic break-out sessions delivered both by our organization and our network of subject matter experts, students get to be totally in charge of their day. They walk away inspired by what’s possible and with a new belief in their personal power.

Theme: Changemakers & Table Shakers

Youth are powerful people who are ready to shake things up! They are "Changemakers and Table Shakers," active participants and leaders at the Radiant G Conference! At the forefront of change, they take bold steps to address the issues that matter most to them, and become passionate advocates for education, mental health, and personal safety.

No longer content with just taking a seat at the table, youth are ready to demand and ensure their voices are heard as they challenge outdated norms and push for more authentic spaces. This year's theme is more than just a theme; it's a call to action for youth and the people who care about them to shake things up and take charge of change for the future of ALL young people everywhere.

At the Radiant G Conference, youth are not passive observers but active participants, leading discussions, presenting ideas, and collaborating on solutions with peers and relatable role models. This theme celebrates the unstoppable power and potential of youth as active leaders.

We require at least 1 adult be in attendance for the entire event. For large groups (10+ attendees), we require a ratio of 1 adult for every 10 youth. Online ticket sales end on May 1st at 12PM and will reopen on May 3rd for in-person, day-of registration.
