Tending our Wellsprings for Joy-Fuelled Adaptation
Join us for some Radical Sunrise Ecotherapy – a five-week journey of embodied exploration, where we cultivate our joy to fuel community and Earth care through contemplation, movement, dance, nature connection, tea ceremony, and creative activism.
We’ll gather at sunrise each Wednesday (6:15 – 7:30 AM) in the beautiful Brunswick Heads Nature Reserve, weaving personal and collective practices that honour our connection to Country and each other. This is a space for reflection, joy, and community care, where adaptation is rooted in love, purpose, and play.
