Guided by Clara Arribas, a certified Kundalini Yoga & Meditation teacher, and Joey Lam, a sound healing practitioner, this intimate gathering combines:

Clara Arribas
Originally from Spain, Clara has been calling Aotearoa New Zealand home since 2017. She is a dedicated wellbeing practitioner and KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher. She is also a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, guiding immersive walks since 2021 to help others reconnect with the natural world. Clara creates transformative experiences that invite participants to slow down, engage their senses, and rediscover a deep sense of connection.
Joey Lam
Joey, recently relocated from Singapore to New Plymouth is a multi-instruments sound alchemist and integrates her knowledge from different healing modalities to offer a unique experience in her Shamanic Sound Journeys to bring you clarity of mind, purpose and deep inner healing. She is passionate about frequency healing through voice and sounds. She teaches Native American Flute lessons as a meditative practice to help others learn to live more mindfully, in order to cope with the daily life stressors, finding inner peace and purpose. She also holds monthly Moon Drum Journeys & Sacred Music Jamming Circles to empower community through rhythm, voice, and sounds, as well as New Moon Red Tent Ceremonies for women to connect in collective wisdom of the Divine Feminine.
