Good Way Gardens is a land-based arts organization in Emporia, KS.

Good Way Gardens' mission is to cultivate a productive garden venue for the arts, with a greater goal of creating a culture of sustainability in Emporia. We increase access to art and sustainability through community programming, promoting good relationships between the land that Emporia sits on, and the people who inhabit it.

Elexa Dawson founded Good Way Gardens in 2022. She is a career musician with a degree in sustainable agriculture and a carrier of cultural teachings from her Indigenous community. She and her daughters are citizens of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation of Oklahoma.
