Terms & Conditions – APPI Psychic Saturday Fundraiser Raffle

Prize Details: The prize consists of two tickets for ghost hunts at Berrima Courthouse on Friday, 23 January 2026, including entry to both sessions, refreshments, and a mini-investigation with the APPI crew.
Prize Value: The prize is valued at approximately $400.
Not Redeemable for Cash: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or credit.
Designated Date: The prize is valid only for the designated event date – 23 January 2026. The winner must ensure they are available for this date before purchasing raffle tickets.
Age Restriction: Attendees must be 16 years or older.
Travel Not Included: Travel to and from the event venue is the sole responsibility of the prize winner and their guest.
Liability: APPI is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during travel to or from the venue, or while attending the event.
Non-Transferable: The tickets are valid only for the winner and their nominated guest. They may not be resold or gifted onwards without prior written approval from APPI.
Event Conditions: Standard APPI Ghost Hunts & Tours event rules apply. Guests must comply with all safety instructions and venue guidelines.
Cancellation or Changes: Should unforeseen circumstances require APPI to cancel or reschedule the event, every effort will be made to accommodate the prize winner. However, APPI is not liable for any costs incurred as a result.

Proceeds from this raffle will go directly towards the National Trust (NSW), helping to preserve Old Government House — Australia’s oldest public building — so it remains accessible and cherished by generations to come.

A portion of the funds will also be donated to the Cancer Council NSW. Cancer has touched so many of our lives, and members of our own team are currently walking that difficult path with their loved ones. The Cancer Council provides vital care and support to those affected, and we’re proud to contribute to their invaluable work.
