The lucky winner will receive two tickets to the Old Wellington Hospital Ghost Hunt on 28 March 2026, including:

• Accommodation in the stunning Duchess Room – a beautifully restored bluestone suite featuring a four-poster bed, spa bath, and tea/coffee facilities

• Sausage sizzle dinner with salads, bread, and soft drinks

• Tea, coffee, and snacks available throughout the night

• A guided three-hour ghost hunt with professional investigators, plus free time to explore the hospital at your leisure

• Morning checkout at 10 a.m. (we may not be there to wave goodbye... spooky, right?)

All proceeds from this raffle will be split between two organisations making a real difference:

• The National Trust (NSW), supporting the preservation and upkeep of Old Government House, Australia’s oldest public building, so it remains accessible for generations to come.

• The Cancer Council NSW, whose vital work provides support, research and care for those affected by cancer — a cause close to our hearts, with some of our own team currently supporting loved ones through treatment.

Every ticket purchased helps protect history, support families, and maybe — just maybe — win you the paranormal experience of a lifetime.

Terms & Conditions

1. Prize Details: The prize consists of details above, The bed is one king size bed.

2. Prize Value: The prize is valued at approximately $600.

3. Not Redeemable for Cash: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or credit.

4. Designated Date: The prize is valid only for the designated event date – 28 March 2026. The winner must ensure they are available for this date before purchasing raffle tickets.

5. Age Restriction: Attendees must be 16 years or older.

6. Travel Not Included: Travel to and from the event venue is the sole responsibility of the prize winner and their guest.

7. Liability: APPI is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during travel to or from the venue, or while attending the event.

8. Non-Transferable: The tickets are valid only for the winner and their nominated guest. They may not be resold or gifted onwards without prior written approval from APPI.

9. Event Conditions: Standard APPI Ghost Hunts & Tours event rules apply. Guests must comply with all safety instructions and venue guidelines.

10. Cancellation or Changes: Should unforeseen circumstances require APPI to cancel or reschedule the event, every effort will be made to accommodate the prize winner. However, APPI is not liable for any costs incurred as a result.
